It was created by Matt Groening, who is also the creator of the Netflix adult animated comedy fantasy sitcom Disenchantment. For Fox Broadcasting Company, Groening created The Simpsons and Futurama, but this is the first show he has created that is only available on a streaming service.
The series is set in Dreamland, a medieval fantasy world. Bean, a rebellious and alcoholic princess, her innocent elf buddy Elfo, and her destructive “personal demon” Luci, who murders people, are all featured in the film. Some of the characters in Disenchantment include Eric André, Nat Faxon, Tress MacNeille, Matt Berry, David Herman, Maurice LaMarche, and Billy West.
The first ten episodes were released on August 17, 2018. On September 20, 2019, the following ten were released. In October 2018, Netflix renewed the show for additional 20 episodes. The first ten of these will be sold in 2021. The second ten were released on February 9, 2022.
Season 5 of Disenchantment has not yet been officially announced.
Right now, it appears that Netflix hasn’t said anything about Season 5 of Disenchantment. As a result, it’s possible that you won’t hear anything regarding the show’s future for a few months. You might not hear about Part 4 for a while because it was only released on Netflix a few hours ago.

Season 5 of the Disenchantment Release Date
Season 5 of Disenchantment will be released in the first quarter of 2023. A new season of the program excites Matt Groening, who created it and is quite enthusiastic about it. Besides, saying that the fifth season will be out soon would be a waste of time given how recently the fourth season was released. Season 4’s ten episodes can be watched all at once.
This is due in part to the show’s large audience. There will be additional episodes of Disenchantment, according to Matt Groening, but no date has been determined.
Cast
Season 5 of Disenchantment may include the same voice actors as previous seasons. Bean is Abbi Jacobson, and she is the first. Second, Eric André provides the film with the voices of Pendergast and Luci.
Finally, John DiMaggio portrays King Zg. Bonnie Prince Derek and Queen Oona are played by Tress MacNeille, and King Zg is played by John DiMaggio. Elfo’s voice is provided by Nat Faxon in the film. Oval, Matt Berry, and Sharon Horgan are the three main protagonists in this novel. Furthermore, if other plotlines are explored, we may see more voice actors join an already great cast of characters.
Characters
Bean is the main character, a 19-year-old princess from Dreamland, a legendary realm. She’s out of control and inebriated. When you look up Princess Tiabeanie Mariabeanie de la Rochambeau Grunkwitz’s complete name, you’ll notice that it’s Princess Tiabeanie Mariabeanie de la Rochambeau Grunkwitz. She embarks on these incredible adventures as a result of her tenacious character.
Her father, her subjects, and her friends are all important to her. Then there’s Luci, Princess Bean’s demon. If you want to learn more about Elfo, you can read about him as an 18-year-old half-elf from the fictional land of Elfwood. His fondness for sweets and his unwavering optimism frequently land him in hot water.
Characters Who Come Second
King Zg, the king of Dreamland and a member of the Royal House of Grunkwitz, is Bean’s father. He is Bean’s biological father. He gets into mischief because he is bored all of the time. But it’s only because he wants to do the right thing. So there’s Queen Oona, the second ex-wife of King Zg. She is a bizarre humanoid creature who resembles a Frok from Dankmire, a fictional kingdom. As an alliance, she was obliged to marry the destitute Zg.
Bean’s half-brother, Bonnie Derek, was born as a result of the marriage. Then, Prince Merkiker, a Bentwood native, was set to marry Princess Bean, but a witch turned him into a pig. Oval has three eyes as well. At the end of the day, Queen Dagmar is both Bean’s mother and grandma. She attempted to send Bean to the Underworld as a debt payment as King Zg’s first bride. This demonstrates how horrible and cruel she is.
Season 4’s Ending of Disenchantment Explained
Fans were ecstatic to embark on yet another thrilling and amusing adventure that would leave them yearning for more after Season 4. Finally, the season did not disappoint them. Fans are curious as to why Disenchantment Season 4 ended abruptly and when the fifth season would premiere.
The fourth season of the animated fake show is currently available on Netflix. It’s one of Matt Groening’s and Josh Weinstein’s best pieces of art, in my opinion. At the same time, ten episodes were shown. Nothing in Dreamland will be the same after those incidents. Princess Bean resurrected her kingdom and ascended to the throne near the end of the third season.
Princess Bean is difficult to fault. She adores her companions, notably Elfo, a young elf, and Luci, a demon. These three were not together because of Season 4. We were quite concerned about Luci’s journey to Heaven after he died. He was forced to spend his time with the other uninteresting angels.
In season 4, Queen Bean reunites with her father, Zg, and mother, Queen Dagmar. The show’s characters demonstrate the value of family and how it influences us via their behaviors.
Umbrella Academy Season 3: Release Date and Latest News!
In the tenth and last episode of the season, Bean confronts her wicked self from her fantasies. To recover control of her body and return to the real world, the evil Bean wants Bean to do something horrible for her.
Freckles, Derek, and Japer are the people Zog and Oval are looking for. Luci is shown in her dreams attempting to liberate Bean, but the evil Bean captures her and transports her to the real world.
Bean returns to the real world and kills the evil Bean in a short amount of time. The others, on the other hand, are perplexed because they are unable to determine who the genuine Bean is.
Luci and the others, on the other hand, figure out who the actual Bean is and, as is customary, murder the wicked Bean. However, just as things appeared to be going smoothly, Dagmar and Satan appeared out of nowhere. Dagmar intends to kill Bean once she is flung down the tower into the water.
But it didn’t end there. Mora has since aided Bean once again. To save Bean from being slain, she risked her life with a passionate kiss. At the conclusion of the novel, it appeared that things had become considerably more perilous now that Satan had taken over as the ruler of Dreamland and Dagmar remained in command.
As a backup strategy, Dagmar placed the bad Bean’s head next to her. Season 5 of Disenchantment will be filled with terrible events.
The Last Two Episodes
In the final two episodes, Freckles persuades Bear Boy and Derek to fight a gang of bullies. Bean’s dark side emerges more and more as she grows older, and it has a plan and a few tricks up its sleeve. Derek, Freckles, and Bear Boy are taken away while the goo’s secret is disclosed.
