The rear cameras on the Galaxy S23 Ultra are as follows: a 200MP main, a 12MP ultrawide, a 10MP 3x telephoto, and a 10MP telephoto with 10x optical zoom. The certification documents, however, state that it has 12MP telephoto cameras, most likely because Samsung upscales photographs from its 10MP sensors to 12MP quality for consistency.
