The Xbox team has announced a bunch of spooky titles that will be added to Game Pass, rendering our recently updated list of the best Halloween games on Game Pass obsolete. You know you’re in for serious hilarity when the drugs’ names are Amnesia and Soma. To add insult to injury, today’s lineup includes A Plague Tale: Requiem.
There’s been a lot of buzz about the release of A Plague Tale: Requiem, the sequel to 2019’s action adventure misery-em-up Innocence, which once again has you evading French Inquisition soldiers and the black plague. The game also serves as further proof that Game Pass has the power to play games on release day, something PlayStation has consistently refused to do. That’s supposed to be in your inbox right now, full of desperate human misery rather than the pleasant sort of Halloween spooks.
The Elder Scrolls 6 Trailer Has Been Released, And The Internet Is Overjoyed!
Regarding the latter, the excellent Amnesia: The Dark Descent is coming to consoles on October 20. This first-person horror game has been around for almost a decade, but it’s still terrifying, even in its updated platform form. As one of the most frightening games I’ve ever experienced, it features wonderfully interactive physics that has you pushing at drawers and doors while always bracing for the worst. Amnesia: Rebirth, the sequel due out in 2020, arrives alongside it. Also, Frictional’s other horrific first-person survival horror, Soma. A number of people got scared.

I’m sure a lot of people are delighted about the addition of high school RPG Persona 5 Royal and the indie shooter Gunfire Reborn to PC Game Pass, but personally, I can’t wait to dive into Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery. You are in for a real treat if you haven’t already played the first two episodes of this hilarious adventure series. I can’t wait for the 27th (MY BIRTHDAY) because that’s when the new third and final chapter will be released. They’re a perfect storm of oddness, endearingness, and hilarity.

Is Xbox Game Pass making money?
To what extent does the subscription service profit? According to TweakTown.com, which cited numbers from records submitted to regulators, Xbox Game Pass earned $2.9 billion in 2021 from consoles. However, in 2021, gamers earned a total of $16.28 billion thanks to their Xboxes.
I’m looking for recommendations for the finest horror games of 2022.
Popular 2022 horror games include Tormented Souls and Mundaun, both of which place players in ominous, foreboding environments filled with terrifying monsters and exciting opportunities for jump scares.
Is the success of the Xbox Game Pass surprising?
Video game enthusiasts have flocked to Game Pass due to the service’s ability to provide them with cheap, unlimited access to a vast library of games on the Xbox and PC platforms: The cost of a monthly subscription is only $10 or $15. Even if only one game you desire is available, the subscription is still worth it at that price.
How can I permanently subscribe to Game Pass?
You’ll need to buy the main game from the Microsoft Store or on disc if you want to keep playing the downloadable content. If you were logged into the Xbox Live service when you last played, all of your previous progress, save data, and achievements will be accessible.
How come Game Pass is so fantastic?
In addition to saving money over buying individual libraries for each system, you also get access to online play on your console, making the subscription cost worthwhile on its own. With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, though, you get even more: savings, a rewards program, EA Play, and Xbox Cloud Gaming (Beta)
